Order processing

Every Luxara piece is handmade. Your order is carefully prepared and shipped within 48 hours (business days). During busy periods (sales, holidays, launches), this may take a little longer — if so, we'll keep you posted by email.

Delivery times

Once your order has shipped, please allow 4 to 10 business days for delivery to France, Europe, the United States and Canada. Other destinations may take slightly longer.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or customs checks.

Shipping rates

  • United States: $4.95 — free on orders over €70 (about $78)
  • Canada: CA$6.90 — free on orders over €43 (about CA$70)
  • France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Poland: €4.85 — free on orders over €70
  • Other European Union countries (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, Ireland…): €6.85 — free on orders over €70
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland and other destinations: €10.95 — free on orders over €70
  • Denmark and Norway: rate shown at checkout, free above the displayed threshold

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Duties and taxes (outside the European Union)

For deliveries outside the European Union (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway…), customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
