Frequently asked questions
Will my tissue packets fit?
Yes, the Juliette cover is designed for standard packets of tissues. Pop the packet inside and pull the tissues through the round opening on top.
How do I hang it in the car?
It has a pink strap with a press stud, so you just loop it round the headrest and fasten it. Indoors, it sits beautifully on a bedside table or dressing table too.
Is it genuinely handmade?
It is. Each cover is handmade in quilted cotton, in a pink and terracotta toile de Jouy on a cream background. Slight variations in colour and stitching from one piece to another are completely normal.
How long will delivery take?
Your parcel arrives in 5 to 10 working days, and we'll email you a tracking link once it's dispatched. Delivery is free on orders over £60.
Can I return it?
Of course. You have 30 days from receipt to return it, in line with our returns policy. Simply drop us a line at hello@luxaraparis.com.
