When you order from Luxara Paris, you have the peace of mind of knowing that Luxara Paris products are covered by a 14 day money back guarantee if your product is defective. If this does not suit you, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days.

With us, your satisfaction is our top priority. In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, we have established our returns policy to guarantee your legal right to return the products.

Please note that to receive a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition. If the product is not returned within 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct an amount corresponding to its value.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete, including envelope, pouch, accessories, gifts and tags, to allow the product(s) to be relisted in new condition ). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. The product must not have been worn, washed or damaged, otherwise the refund will be refused. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal, as well as a penalty of up to 20% of the price of the returned products, corresponding to the repair costs.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and products must be returned with the shipping company we previously used. In France, this means Colissimo, and in Switzerland, La Poste. All shipments must be accompanied by a tracking number, which you must communicate to our customer service in the event of a return or exchange request.

In order to prevent product return abuse, we have defined separate cases, with corresponding return costs:

  • If you no longer want the product, if it is incompatible, or if you have changed your mind, you will have to bear the return costs. A processing fee will be deducted from the refund, namely 25% of the entire order (excluding shipping costs). These charges represent various costs incurred for your order, including receiving, cleaning, repackaging and storage. These fees can be waived if you choose to receive a voucher or credit on our site luxaraparis.com.

  • If you wish to exchange the product for a different size or color, we offer you the possibility of keeping your current item without the need for a return. Please contact us at hello@luxaraparis.com specifying your request.

  • In the event of a defective product, we will not ask you to return the product. We promise to return your order to you free of charge. If you do not wish to receive a second product, we will ask you to return the package to our reception center address, at your expense.

  • For informations :

    • We are not responsible for the theft or disappearance of packages. Without respecting the dates, we will not be able to reimburse you upon receipt of the return.
    • You must keep proof of deposit of your return with a tracking number which must appear on your return (the photo of the package must also be kept)
    • We are not responsible for the breakage of items due to transport, therefore the costs of repairing the items are not our responsibility.
    • In the event of an error on our part, the return costs are our responsibility.
    • ​Any return containing worn, damaged or worn products will be systematically refused and again, shipping will be at your expense.
    • For hygiene reasons, swimsuits are not returned in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
    • Promotional items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
    • If your right of return is exceeded, your return will be automatically sent back to you.

Do you offer a delivery guarantee? Refunds for undelivered orders?

Yes, if your order is not delivered within 60 days, you are eligible for a full refund. For example, if your local post office is closed for weeks and your order is not delivered within 60 days of your payment date, we will issue you a full refund, even if the delay is beyond our control. We believe that no customer should wait more than 60 days for their online purchase, regardless of the buyer's fault.

Shipping Address Error

We understand that errors can sometimes occur when entering delivery information. If you notice an error in the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

We would like to point out that if an address error occurs when placing your order and you do not contact us immediately to correct it, we cannot be held responsible for any non-delivery due to this error.

Defective item

If you receive a defective item, we will send you a new item at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure that you receive the highest quality products.

However, we require a video/photo attesting to the problem reported. Once received, our defective order department will review it and we will be happy to provide a replacement. Please email us at hello@luxaraparis.com with the following details:

  • Original email address/name used during purchase
  • Proof of purchase (order number)
  • Detailed description of the “defect” and “damage” of the item
  • Video/photo proof of product defect/defect

Trades

Returns

To be eligible for returns, products must be in their original packaging, with all accessories included, in new condition, and must not have been damaged in any way during the time the item is in stock. possession of the customer. Please note that return costs are your responsibility.

Important notes before returning:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing signature insurance. We are not held responsible for the loss of the returned package.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied. If your request is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 4 to 7 business days depending on the banking institution.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund within 7 days of our refund confirmation email, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@luxaraparis.com .

Lost or stolen packages

Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at checkout before completing your order, as customer entry errors may result in you not receiving your product(s).

Luxara Paris is not responsible for lost or stolen packages whose delivery has been confirmed to the address indicated for an order.

Upon request, Luxara Paris will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information and carrier information for the customer to verify.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address.

Shipping :

All your orders are shipped within 48 hours, except weekends and public holidays, and are delivered in France within 5 to 10 working days.
