Are my payments secure?
Yes, all communications between you and our site are encrypted and secure. We do not collect or store your banking details. Data is encrypted and masked by SSL. You will see the padlock on all our pages, up to the payment page.
I am not satisfied, can I get a refund?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on non-sale items.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
If you have received a defective item, contact us at hello@luxaraparis.com indicating your email name and order number to obtain a free exchange.
All returned products must be in perfect condition and return shipping costs are your responsibility. You must email us proof of postage as proof of delivery.
Certain conditions apply to certain items. For more details see the refund policy. We are not responsible for the loss of a package by delivery services. If the Post Office loses the package, you must contact them and provide us with the tracking number as proof. Delivery is free and is therefore not insured in the event of loss or theft.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
To track your order, when it leaves, we will send you an email with a tracking number which will allow you to follow it in real time.
Where are our clothes made?
We work with a manufacturing workshop in China. To be honest, when we launched our brand, we quickly found that there was no company in France capable of following our production and making our clothes, like our pants and our dresses. Unfortunately, the French textile industry declined in the 1970s and production capacities are very limited.
We even carried out tests with French companies, but the costs were prohibitive. We would have had to sell our pants at much higher prices (more than 100th) to be profitable, which would have been unrealistic.
This is why we defined strict criteria for our manufacturers: we were looking for the best, capable of producing in an ethical and eco-responsible manner, in sufficient quantities and at a competitive price. This is how we chose to manufacture our clothes in China, ensuring that the manufacturing workshop respects high standards in terms of ecology and ethics.
Luxara remains a French brand, with its headquarters in France, where we design and make decisions regarding our productions. Manufacturing overseas simply allows us to meet the needs of our customers while maintaining high quality standards. We would like to expand and have our own workshop in Portugal in the future.
What are the delivery times ?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
After this confirmation email, a new email with your personal tracking number will be sent to you within 24 hours so that you can track your order.
Delivery times are 7 to 12 days in France.

Who will deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered by your local post office.
What happens if I'm not at home?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your postal agent will drop the product in your mailbox if it is not too large, otherwise they will leave a delivery note which you will have to give to your office of local post in exchange for your package.
